Martin Piplits | Founding Partner

Martin Piplits is a truly international executive, with more than 25 years of global leadership experience. He is a founding partner of AMark Consulting, a Chicago-based management consulting firm specializing in market analysis, sales and marketing strategy, and increasing sale force productivity. Formerly, Martin worked for Hilti, a global, Lichtenstein-based power tool and fastening company, and has served in various senior management positions in the US, Austria, Hungary, South Korea, Switzerland, and Hong Kong. Martin Piplits has an outstanding track record in strategy development and implementation, sales management, organizational transformation, and leadership development. He has an MBA in international business from WU Wien (Vienna), and is fluent in German (native), English, and Spanish. Martin is an Austrian citizen and resides in Chicago, Illinois as a permanent US resident.

 

Kelly Lusson | Founding Partner, lead market analyst

Kelly Lusson is a founding partner and the lead market analyst of AMark Consulting. She is the project lead on all market analysis engagements, and provides secondary support on strategy workshops and process improvement initiatives. Kelly’s project experience has been focused primarily in oil and gas, chemical, manufacturing, and aerospace sectors. Her most notable project experience includes domestic and international market analysis, sales and marketing strategy development, strategy workshop facilitation, KPI development, and sales force management. Kelly has a project management background, and has maintained a 100% on-time delivery record for client engagements. Kelly has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the University of Tulsa.

 

Ray ziganto | managing Partner,

Ray has career-rich experience as a visionary leader in manufacturing. He has established regional offices for a large multinational manufacturing company, comprised of more than 1500 employees. His successes include leading start-ups, technology additions and transfer initiatives, and customer diversification. Ray has been featured in Crain’s Chicago Business and has served on the Crain’s Manufacturing Round Table. His articles are published in Supply & Demand Chain Executive Magazine, and he has been a guest on Bootstrapping in America and Illinois Business This Week. Ray holds undergraduate degrees in Plastics Technology, Management, and Finance as well as an MBA in Operations and Organizational Development.
